Sketching is a crucial step in the design process when creating a clothing line. After thorough research I start with hand sketching and then move to the computer to design several variations for each style until the client and I narrow it down to the best single option. These technical sketches are proportionally correct and can be used as proofs of concept or as place holders in a catalog until samples are made, or for whatever you'd like!
